The mimosa &#8220;flavors&#8221; are always changing depending upon which juices Alchemy has in stock, but these sure won&#8217;t disappoint. Don&#8217;t share, these little guys go down fast! Dan the Baker Toast Bar (open 8am-noon Friday through Sunday only) is a tucked away cafe inside a production warehouse off of Riverside Drive, but it still gives off a cozy little bakery vibe. For only $5.50, you can choose three of your favorite breads to pair with three spreads to create the perfect freshly-baked flight. The taproom appetizer chefs take the dish the extra mile by putting the antipasti items\u00a0<em>inside<\/em> actual mini flight beer glasses. Mozz balls, sliced bread, roasted cherry tomatoes, they&#8217;ve got &#8217;em all. Not to mention the rest of their out of this world menu. Check it out!\u00a0(Antipasti flight on Tap room menu only)<\/p>\n<h2>#5: <strong>PIZZA FLIGHT<\/strong> at <a href=\"https:\/\/pauliegee.com\/short-north\/\">Paulie Gee&#8217;s<\/a><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; padding-left: 60px;\">Ok so Paulie Gee is really hookin&#8217; up the deal on this one. During happy hour (5-7pm), you can get THREE regular sized pizzas for $20. Considering these pizzas normally range from $13-$17 each, you&#8217;re getting a steal. Plus three pizzas. Stealzas. Okay that was bad. Maybe that&#8217;s a blog post all on it&#8217;s own, but I&#8217;ll share this guy with you all today. I love that you have a pretty long list of CBC specific drafts you can pick from for your flight, and it&#8217;s a damn good deal: $8.50 for five 4-ounce pours. (And I&#8217;ll admit, the foodie in me looooves that they&#8217;re served in this cute little Ohio-shaped platter)<\/p>\n<h2>#7: <strong>PIZOOKIES<\/strong> at<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bjsrestaurants.com\/\"> BJ&#8217;s Brewhouse<\/a><\/h2>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">It&#8217;s a cookie in a cast-iron skillet with ice cream on top and it&#8217;s really, really good. I love hearing back!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Macaroni and Cheese Flight &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>We&#8217;re talking various styles of cheese, pasta shapes, and toppings. I&#8217;m salivating thinking about it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eggs Benedict Flight &#8211; <\/strong>We tried<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/Bg7BpuOlejK\/?taken-by=crave_columbus\">these<\/a><\/strong> at the picture-perfect Union Fare in Manhattan. Bring them to the &#8216;bus, please!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Matcha\/Coffee Flight &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>If I&#8217;m overpaying for my coffee, I might as well try 4 different kinds?? I&#8217;m dying to check out the boozy latte flight at<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/BgwHI0iHgyi\/?taken-by=fieldingswoodgrill\">Fielding&#8217;s Wood Grill<\/a>\u00a0outside of Houston, Texas<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Pancake Flight-\u00a0<\/strong>Orange Restaurant in Chicago nailssss the<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/BJy1sVYAvyN\/?taken-by=crave_columbus\">pancake flight<\/a><\/strong> game with an ever-rotating theme for their sampler of four. I went home in a sugar coma, but it was well worth it<\/li>\n<li><strong>Queso Flight &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Yes I&#8217;ve heard of samplers before, but I want it to be called a FLIGHT. It&#8217;s just cooler that way.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ranch Flight &#8211;<\/strong> You think I might be exaggerating with tasting flights of condiments, but <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/Bg94wvil2Vt\/?taken-at=733429148\">T<strong>wisted Ranch<\/strong><\/a> in St. Louis lets you try up to 13 different kinds at a time (FYI- they have 31 flavors, all made in-house daily. That&#8217;s a lot of ranch.) When I went we only tried 5 (pictured below), but you best believe if I ever end up back I&#8217;m going for the big 1-3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Frozen Ice Flight-\u00a0<\/strong>I was going to stop at ranch, but St. Louis really has this flight game down. There are two distinct and separate \u201cflight\u201d nouns.
